The Set.... Home of the Badgers

The Badger Set Band is a sizeable group of local musicians residing in Surrey which has been running for 20 years. Originally formed in 1996 with the aim of bringing together musicians who might otherwise not play together as well as seeking to raise money for Wildlife Aid based in Leatherhead.

The band has a regular attendance of 20+ musicians playing a range of instruments, including keyboards, accordion, drums, guitar, flutes, clarinets, trumpets, saxophones and violins.

All kinds of music are catered for and arrangements include traditional foot tapping numbers and easy listening sitting alongside some Latin and Jazz numbers with even The Shadows thrown in for good measure.

Beginners are welcome and many have found they improve greatly by playing with other like minded people that all enjoy making music. See our contact page for further information.

    Wildlife Aid Contributions
Monies collected from band nights and various concerts have been donated to Wildlife Aid. Over the past 20 years, we have donated over 10,000 to this worthy local cause enabling the purchase of several incubators, heat lamps, and scales. We recently gave money for a release site for badgers which seemed quite appropriate as all badgers need a good release!!
Recessionary times are tough for charities so every little helps.
